We All Could Use a Little "Upgrading"

She lost 140 lbs in 8 months with  a strong willpower and a dramatic lifestyle change... and she still continues to loose weight (256 lbs. to date).

Sandy Hill has an incredible story to tell.  She is a remarkable woman and she needed an equally remarkable website.  The GoDaddy website she started off with was, well, let's just say "unremarkable".

InfoUpgrade provided her with a website makeover. Check out the before and after [..READ MORE]

Tip Bits: Tweeting

Tweeting without a strategy will not do much for your business.  A twitter account can bring in business if it effectively helps potential clients get to know, like, and trust you. And that takes a lot of time and effort, not just on the part of Twitter developers, but by you through the content and information you provide. [..READ MORE]

Grant Writing Svc: Discontinued

Last year we introduced a good grant writing idea and this year we are making the tough decision to phase out the service.  The service was of great value to our clients but it posed a challenge to our staff to deliver the quality work we are known for in the timely fashion that our clients need it. Hence, the end of our grant writing service.

As we say farewell to grant writing we want to present one of the grant reports created for a child care business that responded during last year's launch.  Thank you to all the companies that showed interest in our service and to the Foundation Center for their phenomenal leads.

You never know, today could be the day that an aspiring entrepreneur reads our sample report and is motivated to take the leap into their very own grant writing business. Dare to dream. [..READ MORE]

Tip Bits: Facebook No No's

For example, do you have your full birthdate posted on your profile?  Bad move.  Consumer Reports wrote about this in an article called "7 things to stop doing now on Facebook".  Along with not posting your full birth date, here is a quick run  down [..READ MORE]

Communication is Golden

Good communication is the key to forming and maintaining great professional relationships (or any type of relationship for that matter). Our official objective for 2010 is to make the communication we have with our clients even better.

The first step we're making in this effort has already been implemented by introducing a bulletin board inside the control panel of all of the websites we host. Existing clients [..READ MORE]

Tip Bits

When building a website you never want to mention your email address. NEVER put your email address in your homepage OR in contact page, instead use contact forms. Spammers use search engines to find email addresses in web pages, arrange it in databases and use it to spam you badly.

Did you know...?

Last quarter we announced our grant writing service and offered free research of grant opportunities.  Well, after exhaustive research, we will be reporting our findings over the next two weeks if you were amongst the first 5 companies to show interest this  service.
