Grant Writing Svc: Discontinued
Last year we introduced a good grant writing idea and this year we are making the tough decision to phase out the service. The service was of great value to our clients but it posed a challenge to our staff to deliver the quality work we are known for in the timely fashion that our clients need it. Hence, the end of our grant writing service. As we say farewell to grant writing we want to present one of the grant reports created for a child care business that responded during last year's launch. Thank you to all the companies that showed interest in our service and to the Foundation Center for their phenomenal leads. You never know, today could be the day that an aspiring entrepreneur reads our sample report and is motivated to take the leap into their very own grant writing business. Dare to dream. [..READ MORE]

Tip Bits: Facebook No No's
Facebook can be harmful to you, your business, and your family. Some of you may have learned this through unfortunate, first hand experience.
For example, do you have your full birthdate posted on your profile? Bad move. Consumer Reports wrote about this in an article called "7 things to stop doing now on Facebook". Along with not posting your full birth date, here is a quick run down [..READ MORE]
Did you know...?
Subdomains live within the sub directories of an existing website. Parked domains are just website names that push visitors over to another (hopefully fully developed) website. For those of you who may still be confused by the terms here's a breakdown of the differences between the two [..READ MORE] |

- Kudos to our client FromtheBaseline.com for breaking 2 million hits last month AND for being mentioned in the New York Times.
- Referrals to our favorite companies to work with are now listed on our Business Resources page (don't forget to tell them who sent you).

Communication is Golden
Good communication is the key to forming and maintaining great professional relationships (or any type of relationship for that matter). Our official objective for 2010 is to make the communication we have with our clients even better.
The first step we're making in this effort has already been implemented by introducing a bulletin board inside the control panel of all of the websites we host. Existing clients [..READ MORE]

Tip Bits
When building a website you never want to mention your email address. NEVER put your email address in your homepage OR in contact page, instead use contact forms. Spammers use search engines to find email addresses in web pages, arrange it in databases and use it to spam you badly.
Did you know...?
Last quarter we announced our grant writing service and offered free research of grant opportunities. Well, after exhaustive research, we will be reporting our findings over the next two weeks if you were amongst the first 5 companies to show interest this service.

Introducing Our Risk "FREE" Grant Writing Service This new service to help you rake in some additional funding will spare your cash flow and save you lots of grant-writing and research time. For the first 5 companies to show interest in our grant writing service we will first (1) research grant opportunities that match up well with your nonprofit or business or (if your already have a grant in mind) evaluate your chances at securing the grant. When the grant looks promising we will (2) jump right into writing up the proposal. And finally, if (and only if) you are awarded the grant we will (3) bill you 10% of the grant awarded. If you don't get the grant, you don't get a bill.
Sound good to you? Click here to be among the first 5 companies to benefit from this new service.
| Tip Bits Take 5 minutes right now to save yourself an hour every day by setting up a Desktop Search Engine. Admit it, you're information and data are piling up in so many places (e.g. your email Inbox, the My Documents folder, archived emails, the Sent Items folder, to mention just a few). What are you going to do when you need to find that revised document you reviewed last month?
Stop spinning your wheels and install one of these [..READ MORE]
Did you know...? (Speaking of wheels) This may be a little off topic but this technology is something we couldn't stop talking about. It's a time saver that will teach your child how to ride a bike in one day. [..READ MORE]
